Eleanor’s Story: Finding herself again in the middle of everything

When Eleanor came to coaching, she was balancing full-time work, single parenting, the physical and emotional changes of perimenopause, and felt like she had lost herself in the process. Together, we focused on realistic changes that fit into her already busy life, including simple nutrition shifts, more movement, better boundaries, and ways to protect her energy. She began replacing self-criticism with greater patience and learned that taking care of herself was not selfish. Over time, Eleanor felt stronger, more energized, and more confident in understanding what her body needed. She stopped waiting for life to become less busy and started making space for herself within the life she already had.

Arden:

Arden is an operations manager by day and a cycle instructor by night: driven, disciplined, and used to holding herself to an incredibly high standard. Although that work ethic helped her succeed, she struggled when managing employees who approached work differently and often compared their performance to what she would do herself. Through coaching, Arden learned to separate her own expectations from the individual strengths, motivations, and development needs of her team. She became more intentional about setting clear expectations, giving actionable feedback, and coaching employees based on where they were rather than where she thought they should be. As a result, Arden became a more patient and effective leader without lowering her standards or losing the ambition that made her successful.

Meet Jericho:

When Jericho came to coaching, he was newly married and beginning to think differently about his long-term health. Building a family made him realize he wanted to be more intentional about his nutrition, fitness, energy, and the habits he was carrying into this next chapter of life. Together, we focused on practical changes that fit his schedule and helped him build consistency without feeling restricted or overwhelmed. Over time, Jericho became more confident in making choices that supported both his current well-being and the future he wanted to create. He was no longer thinking about health as something to deal with later, but as an investment in himself and the people he loves.

What Sets My Coaching Apart

Grounded in Real Life

I do not believe in one-size-fits-all plans or advice that only works when life is calm. My coaching is built around your actual responsibilities, challenges, energy, and goals so the changes we create are realistic, sustainable, and designed to work in the life you already have.

Whole-Person Support

Health is about more than food or exercise, and success is about more than productivity. I help clients look at the full picture, including mindset, habits, confidence, relationships, work, stress, nutrition, movement, and the way each area affects the others.

Experience, Empathy, Action

I bring together professional coaching, decades of leadership and people experience, and personal experience navigating major life and health changes. Clients receive compassionate support, but they also leave with practical tools, clear next steps, and the confidence to keep moving forward.
